The stay here was just amazing! The house is very spacious with the right mix of history plus modern amenities present to cater to all needs. The biggest advantage is the location as it is right in the middle of Hallstatt just a 2 min walk from the ferry stop and 5-10 min walks from all the major attractions. Chris is also really nice, responsive and accommodating host! :)

The apartment was perfect for our party of three people. It was cozy, clean and quaint. The beds were very comfortable as well as the couches. The apartment was in a fantastic location walking distance to downtown Hallstatt. The owner, Monika, met with us for a smooth check in and allowed us to check in a few hours early.

The location, the staff, sauna, the view, everything was clean. Almost perfect. Very quiet town, very picturesque. Lots of things to do. The play room in the house had lots of board games. We fed swans every day, there's also a nice swing. We were very impressed.

Stunningly magical views over the town and lake!!! The location was excellent in relation to the dock where we arrived, close to town square and one of the most beautiful vistas of the church by the lake. The hosts were wonderful as well! Wish we could have stayed longer!!

This was the best apartment we stayed this year. It was even more beautiful as on picutures. Room was very cozy, bed very comfortable, pillows big and soft, bathroom was very clean, towels were new, there was hairdryer available, kitchen had all one could need for the stay, it is fully equiped. Bonus was tea and coffee available in the room. Whole appartment smelled very nice when we came in. In the evening, it was warm in room, we felt like at home. Location is great if you plan to go to salt mine, it is just few steps from house. We were there by car, parking was available on request. Land lady Herta is very nice, our room was ready earlier as check-in time and she allowed us to check-in earlier. This was great for us, as there was heavy rain when we arrived. If we go to Hallstatt again, we will stay only here.
