We were absolutely thrilled with our stay there. If you travel without a car it has an ideal location - between the Kiani Akti beach and downtown. The rooms are clean and tidy, the daily cleaning is awesome. And the owner is super friendly and ready to help whenever you need it. We traveled with 2 kids 4 and 7 you and will be back with great pleasure

It is located near to the beach and the old city. It is a completely new building and the room is cleaned every day. You have all the utensils that you need (There was even a toaster which we were very happy about!). My friend forgot her beach towel but the host was so obliging that she went to buy a new one for her.

Great hotel with a new/modern style in the middle of an olive grove. Very comfortable rooms, exceptional cleanness, and nice and friendly staff. The private pool is an excellent addition to the rooms.

Los apartamentos son nuevos, modernos, con una de las mejores vistas de nuestro viaje a Grecia (al mar y a una antigua fortaleza). Con piscina y zonas comunes para relajarte, que no usamos por estar fuera de temporada, pero que están fenomenal. Tiene cocina, un baño enorme y una ducha maravillosa. La cama comodísima. Hay una pequeña terracita con vistas al mar. Buena climatización y bien aislado del exterior.

this is a little gem near Preveza: small, chique, modern boutique hotel, great architecture, nice pool, good restaurant and great people. they were so helpful to drive the two of us and our tandem bicycle across the Preveza tunnel, which is forbidden for bicycles. That was hugely appreciated 🙏🏻🙏🏻
