Modern villa equipped with stylish furniture and everything you need for vacation. In front of all villas there is a patio with table and chairs, and sunbeds and umbrella in beautiful yard. The location is right on the beach, in quiet area, but not far from the city center. The host, very friendly and nice, one day pleasantly surprised us with a bowl full of grapes. We had a very pleasant stay. I highly recommend this accommodation. I would gladly return.

I came to Stavros since 2001 every Year. Also Utopia was so far the most comfortable and luxury property. The beds are very luxury and everything is new and clean. The cleaning Lady comes every day and clean the room. The beach is right in front of you and you can fell every time you wake up the sea. The Host is a very friendly guy who has answer to all your question!

Accommodation is baby-friendly. It is located in a closed garden, where there are swings, toys, bouncers, and a tree house. Accommodation is nice, clean, modern. The owner is very nice, friendly, hospitable, good english speaker. He welcomed us with an excellent dinner - grilled fish with salad and a wine. During our stay, he brought us various gifts several times - melon, cake, homemade liqueur, etc. They changed our sheets and towels during our one-week stay. Washing maschine was available. The accomodation is 3 minutes from beach. We were satisfied with everything.

Nice and clean place with everything you need. Great location, close to the beach, to the center, and in the same time very quiet. The host are very friendly! We will visit again!
