Location is perfect, 5 mins walk to the beach. Service was great. Very friendly & helpful staff. The Villa itself is wonderful, cozy, modern, clean and homie feeling... we had floating breakfast, everything was wonderful staying there. Will definitely go back when we visit bali again!

The villa was very new and beautifully furnished. The pool looks small in the pictures, but it isn't. It is perfect even for more than 2 people. We especially appreciated the water server and the bathroom. On the cleanliness side, everything was spotless. The staff is superb, extremely kind and accommodating. The villa is located in a quiet area, but still close enough to the hustle and bustle of Seminyak that you can walk to various night life spots. You will need a scooter to reach the beach though.

Villa stupenda! Struttura grande, moderna e raffinata con camere e bagno spaziosissimi e zona esterna meravigliosa con piscina, cucina e salotto grandi. Dotata di boccione con acqua purificata da bere e acqua calda e macchinetta del caffe nespresso. Colazione con diverse opzioni tutte buonissime servite direttamente in Villa dal gentilissimo staff. Posizione buona: a 10 min dalla prima spiaggia e a 15 min dal Seminyak Village e Square; a pochi minuti anche da ristoranti e beach club come il Potato Head.

Everything about this place was amazing. From the beautiful villa to the meals to the convenient location. The owner Agung was very corperative both before the stay and during the stay so makes it easier to make arrangements and clarify things. The staff was very welcoming and courteous. The property is situated in a very convenient location giving easy access to seminyak beach, KU DE TA, convenient stores, spa’s etc. It’s only a 25 mins drive to Finns Beach Club and Atlas Beach Club where we took a grab taxi. The breakfast concept is also very unique where the staff comes and prepares it in your villa.

Great guest house spacious room and bathroom lovely staff and beautiful gardens no coffee pot in the room but shared kitchen with coffee and tea supplied with microwave gas top cooker and filtered cold water, close to a main street and good warungs and restaurants, would definitely stay again.

La struttura è molto pulita e accogliente. Ogni giorno effettuano la pulizia della stanza. Lo staff è molto accogliente e disponibile. Ci hanno portato spontaneamente le valigie enormi fino al piano superiore.

First of all I want to thank all the staff they were so helpful and they solve any issues directly and they are so close to you if you need anything . The villa was so great and and super clean what we most like is the living room space with huge TV screen also the sound system was amazing.
