The villa was very new and beautifully furnished. The pool looks small in the pictures, but it isn't. It is perfect even for more than 2 people. We especially appreciated the water server and the bathroom. On the cleanliness side, everything was spotless. The staff is superb, extremely kind and accommodating. The villa is located in a quiet area, but still close enough to the hustle and bustle of Seminyak that you can walk to various night life spots. You will need a scooter to reach the beach though.

Everything about this place was amazing. From the beautiful villa to the meals to the convenient location. The owner Agung was very corperative both before the stay and during the stay so makes it easier to make arrangements and clarify things. The staff was very welcoming and courteous. The property is situated in a very convenient location giving easy access to seminyak beach, KU DE TA, convenient stores, spa’s etc. It’s only a 25 mins drive to Finns Beach Club and Atlas Beach Club where we took a grab taxi. The breakfast concept is also very unique where the staff comes and prepares it in your villa.

Great guest house spacious room and bathroom lovely staff and beautiful gardens no coffee pot in the room but shared kitchen with coffee and tea supplied with microwave gas top cooker and filtered cold water, close to a main street and good warungs and restaurants, would definitely stay again.

Lived for a couple of days. Everything suited me. Nice hospitable hostess and good staff. Great location. I really liked the room, cozy and new. The Internet was enough for work. Spacious, clean room. Even had a sofa in the room which was a nice extea. Big bathroom with a hot shower too. Plenty of storage space. In a good location too, within walking distance to the beaches and plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. The owner was so lovely and always remembered our names and stopped to chat. Also they did laundry for us at a reasonable price which was great too.

First of all I want to thank all the staff they were so helpful and they solve any issues directly and they are so close to you if you need anything . The villa was so great and and super clean what we most like is the living room space with huge TV screen also the sound system was amazing.
