if we could rate this stay 11/10 we surely would. Jerry and Prince were very welcoming and ensured we had all that we needed. They greeted us with juice when we arrived. Jerry is also an amazing chef, and served us really good food! the overall service was good with clean rooms and facilities. If you also are a fan of Micheal Jackson, then this is the place for you. it’s sad that we only got to stay one night but we’ll definitely come back around in case we visit sri lanka again. Thank you Jerry, Prince and This Is It Team🙏

Very nice accommodation, especially good for the first or last night in Sri Lanka. The host picked me up from the airport with his tuktuk. Great start of the trip! You don't need to negotiate the price with a local taxi and you are at the homestay in no time. Awesome breakfast the next morning, with only homemade stuff and mango from their own tree (that was the best). Amazing people! I can only recommend it.

Everything was organized perfectly. Great dinner and breakfast, excellent facilities (hot shower, new AC, super comfortable bed, etc.), extra cleaned room and most important, lovely and kind hosts.

It was a great welcome to Sri Lanka- our flight was very delayed but they stayed up tracking our plane for us so we would be picked up from the airport on time. When we arrived they were warm and welcoming even though it was the middle of the night. The people are just lovely and helped us to organise a driver the following day to Mirissa so we didn't have to worry about a taxi. Our 2 year old loved the pool which had a huge water slide- a great post-breakfast activity before heading off on our trip.

Super clean and tidy guest house with all the little things to make one's stay more enjoyable (incl. a kettle and a mini fridge). Kenath, the host and owner, does everything to make one feel welcome and was as helpful as possible. The food was super delicious. Very quiet environment. Very good value. Would definitely book again!
