Amazing well kept property. Big fence so it felt very private. Lon was very responsive and helpful. The property itself has everything you'd ever need. It's also huge so if you want some space from your friends it's easy to find.

Super nice apartment in a convenient location from the airport, Grab only takes under 5 mins to get there from the terminal. Very easy to check in, felt safe and very comfortable. I would definitely recommend it.

We had an great time at La Mirada Residences. The Residence Manager Roland was very courteous and gave us a lot of important information about the appartment, how to get around, order food etc. We also did two tours that are offered by them and we had an awesome time at both of them. We felt really safe the entire time and well taken care of. Both our "Tour guide" for the Island Hopping Trip as well as our driver for our Waterfall Trip were super nice and helpful 😊 I would definitely recommend this place to other friends and would come back if I were to take another trip to Cebu.
