Set in San Pedro La Laguna in the Solola region, Casa LLEMO features a patio and lake views. The property has garden and mountain views. We stayed here over Christmas and had an amazing experience! The family included us and it was very nice to stay with other people in good atmosphere. Can definitely recommend it. It’s a little outside of the tourist part of San Pedro but close to the local market

Close enough to Panajachel to get to easily but not in the middle of everything. Perfect both for people who want to go and do tourist things or those who want to relax in a jacuzzi.

This makes it much calmer and less noisy - The weekend /weekday markets are across the street. You got a bit of an additional authenticity through those (plus you can easily buy delicious fruits) - The owner was extremely helpful with answering all of our questions about the place, the neighborhood and the town - We were also allowed to check out in the afternoon which was a huge help for us (by not having to spend hours in the summer heat while waiting for our shuttle)

The house was very spacious with a full kitchen for use. Would recommend stocking up on groceries prior to reaching the home. The view was stellar and the house was on a tranquil and serene portion of the lake.

Beautiful view and location in a nice area on Lake Atitlan. Clemens was a great host and assisted in arranging private lanchas for arrival and departure. The kitchen facilities are nice to have and it is good to follow the suggestion to buy groceries in Panajachel before coming to the house. It is a very private location. Especially enjoyed the hammock and watching sunrises and sunsets from the porch.

The host Clemens was fantastic, so friendly & very acommondating to our needs. The apartment is beautiful & unique. The location offers a spectacular & mesmerizing view of the lake! Wish we had stayed longer than 3 days.
