The room had everything I needed and making my stay comfortable. The view of the sea from the balcony was amazing, and I enjoyed having breakfast there every morning.

Offering a garden and city view, Happy Island Miyako is situated in Miyako Island, 1.9 km from Painagama Beach and 6.2 km from Irabu Bridge. Happy Island Miyako is one of the best guesthouses we’ve ever stayed! Feels like home and wished to stay longer. Max is indeed one of the best hosts ever, together with Shiori. Our Miyakojima experience is so memorable with these guys! Our bed is comfortable, everything you need is here! free towel rentals, toiletries, water, condiments for cooking and even laundry! We’ve celebrated Max’s 60th birthday and this night is one of the most memorable nights I’ve ever had in my backpacking experience. The host also helped us to rent a car during the busiest days of Obon week. We are truly grateful! Thank you so much, Max and Shiori (and Happy!!) !!! Indeed a wonderful experience. Indeed a ‘Happy Island’ Miyako ^_^

Featuring a garden, terrace and views of garden, Guesthouse Koa is located in Miyako Island, less than 1 km from Sunayama Beach. The BEST hostel we've ever been to. The owners are very nice - helped us with everything we need (helped us to book kayak lesson, restaurant reservation, and has all the gear needed for water activities..) The rooms are very comfortable, The hostel is SUPER clean (feels like a 5 star hotel) Really nice shared space, fully equipped kitchen and bathroom, laundry room is very good. Their dog Iru is the cutest!! We would definitely come back. We enjoyed our stay so much and we are very sad to leave!!!! Big thank you from Israel :)

Located in Miyako Island and only 400 metres from Imgya Marine Garden, Private Resort Hotel RENN provides accommodation with sea views, free WiFi and free private parking. Renn san was super friendly, he provided valuable inputs for our snorkeling plans. I wish we stayed there 1-2 more nights to fully utilize his inputs! XD The facility has a great view of the night sky, if you happen to catch a good cloud-less weather while you are there, you would be able to enjoy a good view of the Milky Way!

Located in Miyako Island, 3.9 km from Yonaha Maehama Beach, Hotel Hibisicus provides accommodation with a shared lounge, free private parking, a garden and a terrace. Sony and his wife were very gracious hosts and have done a great job at cultivating a true sense of community among guests and staff. The snorkeling trip was a lot of fun as were the dinners and drinks in the evening.

Located in Miyako Island in the Miyakojima region, きくのこ3缶ヴィラ＆テラス features a balcony. There is a private entrance at the holiday home for the convenience of those who stay. Wow! Very modern and clean! We were very comfortable in that house, wish we stayed longer. For extra fee we had pick up and drop off at the airport. And also for extra fee a rental car. This is needed on the island and car was very modern. A car makes everything more accesible, like going to beaches, supermarket and even a night snack. House had lots of equipment and was fully packed: washer, dryer and the detergent. Netflix. Water dispenser. Coffee. Close to supermarket so we cooked at home. Were nice garden and terras. Big bath and bedrooms. Will recommend it to al my friend and family! And definetly will stay again. Also good communication with the staff. We do not speak Japanese and we communicated good enough! Thank you for the lovely stay!

Offering a shared lounge and quiet street view, 一棟貸しの宿 民宿せいじん家 is situated in Miyako Island, 13 km from Kurima Bridge and 13 km from Miyakojima Sea Treasure Museum.

Crystal Villa Bayside is located in Miyako Island and features a private pool and quiet street views. The counter staff was nice and it was easy to locate the front-desk (right at the entrance to the property). The villa was spacious (with 2 separate bedrooms and another bed in the living area), and it was very well-equipped with washing machine, dryer, cooking appliances, entertainment devices (TV, bluetooth speaker). The place was fairly clean and we were provided with some cleaning equipment and insect repellant. There is a dedicated parking spot in front of each villa, so there is no worry about having no space for your vehicle. Each villa has its own signboard that can be lit up, so locating it at night is also a breeze.
