With river views, Ging Oya Lodge is situated in Waikkal and has a restaurant, room service, bar, garden, sun terrace and year-round outdoor pool. Beautiful location next to a river with lots of wildlife around. Beautiful grounds to walk alround with lots of interesting statues etc .Lovely clean pool and great food. The owners were friendly and helpful. Pool surrounded by coconut trees and you can watch as the fearless coconut man climbs a tree and shimmies across the ropes from one tree to another placing pots to collect the toddy. We were given drinks to try .. delicious the food was good too especially the coconut honey . Great place to relax away from everything . The cabin was huge with seating area inside and outside to watch the squirrels running around .

Situated in Kalpitiya and only 400 metres from Kudawa Beach, Sandy Edge features accommodation with garden views, free WiFi and free private parking. Such a lovely, relaxed spot. Owner is super lovely and has great information, recommendations and tips about things to do/transport around. He's always keen to help and checks in regularly with how your stay is going. Beds were super comfortable and they also do communal dinners at night which creates a more friendly, hostel vibe among the guests which is nice. Helped us organise a dolphin cruise with some other guests and we saw over 100 dolphins which was amazing! Fairly cheap to do as well.

Offering a garden and garden view, Sulashika Beach House is set in Kandakuli, 400 metres from Kandakuliya Beach and 400 metres from Kudawa Beach. The villa is 1.9 km from Kalpitiya Beach. We stayed as a couple for 11 days in this beautiful cottage 1 minute from the beach. It is so quiet and you can relax and retreat very well. There is also a whale skeleton and several beaches are within walking distance. It is also a kitesurfing paradise and there are many donkeys here. You can easily cater for yourself, but there are also several restaurants nearby. The owners are next door and are happy to help at every opportunity. We would come back any time. :-)

With garden views, Agro Village Resort, Kalpitiya is set in Kalpitiya and has a restaurant and a 24-hour front desk. This property offers access to a terrace, darts, free private parking and free... We stayed here for going to willpatu wich its a amazing national park. The room was very beautiful the second floor but not ac. We changed the room for one in the first floor with ac but it wasn't that beautiful and 10 dollars extra per night. The host it was super nice i really like him. It was a 10/10. The hotel its in between of the jungle and you can see birds and squirrels. A bit difficult to find a tuk tuk or taxi just in the street but the host always help us for find one driver. The owner a good guy, we didn't meet him but we talked with him by phone and he was super helpful There's available bikes, amazing!

Dune Towers is a recently renovated guest house in Alankuda, where guests can make the most of its private beach area and garden. We were attracted to this hotel because of it's remote location. We enjoyed a lovely long walk along the beach, swimming and exploring the surrounding area. The food here was fantastic and the manager did all he could to make our stay a good one.

Set just 1.2 km from Kammala Beach, holidays hotel offers accommodation in Dummaladeniya East with access to a garden, a shared lounge, as well as a shared kitchen. Totally exceeded our expectations! Even better than the photos and super friendly people treat you just like family. Such a clan and nicely decorated place and super comfortable beds, comforter and fluffy pillows on a soft bed. just what we needed! Also about as close as you can get to the rickshaw run start line so was a super location for us. No hot water but we didn’t even miss it.
