Sam gave us a very warm welcome and explained everything about the city (providing us a nice map with all places to see and where to eat). The room was clean and exactly like in the pictures. Filtered water was available and safe to drink (even for a non-Indian).

Located in Puducherry, 1.5 km from Auroville Beach, Gratitude Retreat provides accommodation with an outdoor swimming pool, free private parking, a garden and a shared lounge.

We totally enjoyed this place, away from the traffic white town pondy, approximately 10 min. Pool was the best part in the property location of coconut trees surrounding. The room was quite good enough for 2 adults.. Host is the incharge of the property who took care of us very well throughout the stay.. Only thing is road initially small but no problem for a car can go and come out. A Budget friendly stay for a weekend.

Located within 500 metres of Promenade Beach and 400 metres of Sri Aurobindo Ashram, Tru Comfort provides rooms with air conditioning and a private bathroom in Puducherry.

Tru Comfort is the perfect place to stay in Pondicherry. The room is clean and the location is central. AC works well and the shower has hot water. We arrived early from an overnight bus and were allowed check in at no extra charge which was greatly appreciated. The hotel is in walking distance of the beach and many good bars and restaurants. I’d certainly recommend to stay here.
