Wonderful spacious and stylish room with shared kitchen facilities and terrace. The appartment seems recently finished or redecorated, so everything is super clean and proper. Comfy bed. We were there in last weekend of October, but is was very sunny and warm. Heating or airco is available, but we did not use it. The friendly host welcomed us and reservered a parking spot for our car. There was a big bottle of water for us in the fridge and the basic Italian breakfast provisions. Centrally located., but nice and quiet neighbourhood, no traffic noises etc. at night Accross the street there is a small supermarket, open till late.

Full kitchen with small juliette balcony overlooking lively cobblestone streets. Nice comfortable bed with storage and great size shower! Owner Francesco was very friendly and helpful with great suggestions for day boat trips and places to eat. Loved staying at this B&B. Directly downstairs you'll find cafe's, restaurants, shops and local butchers, etc. 15 min walk to beach clubs. Paid parking for 3 days approx. $30.00 US. Definitely would return to Brezza di Mare!

    This location is stunning, and the terraced garden beautifully designed and attended. Each Room had its own private space in the garden overlooking the wide expanse of the beautiful bay below. A rare find, it has the South of France vibe and style. Quite yet a short walk to bars and restaurants. Gaeta is an attractive town many Italian visitors and few foreign tourists at this time of year. Beaches are a 10 minute drive away. Perfect for a quiet getaway. Rita is very charming and it was a delight to meet her.

    Very nice room with possibility of free parking. Clean and quiet. Easy breakfast in caffeteria nearby. Good location : 10 minutes to the Beach, 45 minutes to the city center.

    Everything you need and more! Great location in the center with a big parking lot nearby, close to restaurants, bars, shops but quiet neighbourhood. The room has a perfectly equipped kitchen, breakfast and a cute balcony with flowers. The host Michele is the best, gave us all the infos you need about what to do and where to eat. Tip: ask for the bike rental, it’s the best way to get around in Gaeta. Definitely recommend!

    A great location, a 5 minute walk to the beach. The property was located next to a supermarket and plenty of restaurant choice. The room was clean and well equipped with everything we needed, the spa Bath was a real luxury! Valerio was a fantastic host, he made us feel comfortable from the first minute we arrived and provided us with plenty of recommendations and advice about Gatea. Overall a really brilliant stay, would highly recommend!!

    Perfect place! Highly recommend! The city center with gorgeous view! Comfortable bed with incredibly soft pillows, a lot of cozy and functional stuff. Stylish! Great host, he helped us with bus tickets, entertainment and good places in Gaeta. Simple, but tasty sweet breakfast.

    super close to the beach and to the city center. private park is free. clean and spacious rooms. the owner is very friendly and easygoing lady who was cooking breakfast for us each breakfast. she gave a lot of advices what to visit and where to eat.
