We were served fanatstic breakfast with lots of local ham, cheeses, fresh bread that host made himself, lots of juices, jam, etc. Not an usual type of breakfast. We enjoy every minute of it. We came later then expected exhausted from cycling, and the hostess gave us a great dinner. The bathroom is great, shower was so warm even at faucet half open towards warm. There is everything needed in the bathroom, and more! TV with a lot of programs (OK, I needed only croatian ones, but there are slovenian and austrian too), fast and stable WiFi, water kettle and a small fridge, more than enough tables and chairs - and a couch. Yes, the room is big enough that there is a couch. We came by car, but brought our bikes specifically to bike around Istria. Teta San room is next to Parenzana, and a great base for exploring Istria either by bike or by car.

First, the check in, Bodjan was super nice, and he told us where to park and help us with the bags (the car stays out of the city and they move you on a "golf cart" to the center). There is a bar on the street, since we arrived late it was closed but seemed great. The room was amazing, beautiful, with nice touches, and they also left some Easter chocolate eggs for us. Bed was super comfy. Following morning we decided to go for a walk before breakfast time. The woman preparing the breakfast saw us and offered some coffe or something at that time before the regular breakfast. Once back the breakfast was great and they were very attentive and helpful. We asked for a later way back to the car to stay as much a possible on that beautiful city before coming back home. It was a pity that we went on Easter since in summer that terrace they have must be AMAZING! 100% will come back next time, for the city and to stay there again.
