I arrived late (around 22h30) and even though he likes to wake up at 4h30, we kept talking for about half an hour. Then, he goes: "do you want me to show you around?" >> he went on giving me a guided kuching tour in his car. He even wanted to buy me a drink but no shops were open at midnight. Besides this, he would leave traditional sweets for breakfast every day. Legend!!

The food was incredible (three course fresh breakfast). The people were super friendly and helpful and the rooms were very clean and smelled really nice.
