Ideally located on a residential street, but just 10 minutes' walk from the Clifton Hill tourist district, Ambiance by the Falls B&B offers free WiFi and on-site parking. I liked location, location and also Kevin & Ann are nice persons. I was leaving every day early morning and Kevin as helping me to prepare sandwich on my way out. It was nice gesture. Every major attraction is in walking distance. Easy to get in and out from house, parking is big enough, breakfast was nice.

The breakfast was amazing, Dan and Jamie are absolutely amazing hosts! The B&B has a very warm vibe to it and is walking distance from the Falls and all the major attraction spots. Great B and B in a good location, close to the station and the falls. The room was clean and comfortable and Sunny was lovely and friendly. Breakfast was also great!

Located less than 1 block from the Niagara River, this bed and breakfast features spacious balconies and a private kitchen. The Maid of the Mist is just 750 meters away. The hostess was very nice and cooked a great breakfast. Spacious room with a nice patio/balcony. Good location - nice and quiet, but still only a few minutes' walk from the waterfall/the tourist strip.
