Our host Juliette communicated with us frequently and was well aware that we did not have a cell phone so she made sure we would know how to access our room well ahead of our visit. She is very efficient and made sure everything was perfect for our stay. We were happy to be able to make hot drinks and have a microwave to heat food. We liked everything about Au30. Franck and Bertille could not have been more welcoming or helpful. The apartment is spotlessly clean, comfortable and charming. We really enjoyed having a sauna within the privacy of the apartment. That was such an unusual feature. The location could not have been more convenient to all the sights we wished to visit in lovely Lille. Both rail stations are in easy walking distance of the apartment, which was important to us as we were able to easily transport our luggage back and forth. The apartment is a few streets away from the main activity of the city, so while convenient, it was very quiet at night. We would not hesitate to stay at Au30 again, or to recommend it to friends.
