Dropped me to Pidurangala Rock Entrance at 4:45 am to start my hike and made sure that the tuktuk driver I got for my next trip was a good guy and wasn't trying to rip me off. The location is beautiful. You can take a swim in the pool and the host will bring you a drink while swimming. They are so nice and friendly and do there best to make sure you have a great time. We booked a safaritrip from the homestay and they organized everything for us. They even took us to see the Lion Rock. The food is also delicious. Really recommend this place.

Very nice and clean rooms with a comfortable bed, a good pillow. Fan works perfectly. Hot water in the shower. The pool outside is also very nice surrounded by greenery. And ofc the family owning a place makes it even more valuable, very friendly, smiley and helpful people. I recommend the place to those, who want to stay in some peace, far from the noice and enjoy the nature. It is also quite close to Lion Rock (5km).

This was one of our favorite stays in the entire Sri Lanka. The view was beautiful, the owners was extremely kind, nothing is too much to ask for them and they go out of their way to make sure you are happy! The location is perfect and we loved walking all around the village, to the lake where you can swim, and among the rice fields!!! Great Wifi too - we both work online so good wifi is important to us, we enjoyed working from the porch with a beautiful view! We also did a cooking class there which I can highly recommend! I actually miss this place so much and will never forget it! Thank you so much!

A really nice family! We have eaten the best rice and curry here and Rohan is the best guide in the search of elephants. He will do anything for the best place nearby the elephants. The place is nearby the Main Street with other bars, restaurants and cafe’s. But you must eat here at least one night! Don’t fall for the Elephant riding scam in Sigiriya city.

Roy’s Villa is really something truly special - a home away from home! It was super clean and everything was so well designed and thought through. Food was amazing. Roy, Sunny and team are the most welcoming hosts ever! They organized great trips and created an atmosphere which allowed us to make friends on our trip very naturally ans easily!
