Price/quality wise = 10! -The bed and the private room were comfortable with a (strong) fan that did its work perfectly -Bathroom ok (shower only cold water (like everywhere in Moyogalpa?), but no big problem in the climate over there) and is shared with the hosting family and other guests -WiFi worked very well in the room and outside -Location a few steps from the dock/ferry and in the center, so close to restaurants, supermarket and other stores -The owner Esmeralda can arrange tours and scooter rental (including instruction if needed) for good prices -Outside/patio area where you can sit/hang out -There’s a kitchen you can use -Free drinking water -If it’s open: the on site restaurant offers very decently priced food+drinks -Friendly and helpful staff❤️

Super friendly staff and the family that owns it that’s there on weekends. I was there cause of a motorcycle accident on the island and they were super helpful with going to pharmacy and anything I needed. Highly recommend this place. Danilo was the perfect host. The property was very clean and new, with a nice garden area. Danilo was helpful in every aspect. Whether it was getting a great deal for a scooter, or recommendations on where to eat or what activities were available, he was on top of it all. You get a great place to stay and a wealth of information. You will not do better at this price point. Thank you Danilo

Uff the breakfast was very good. We definitely enjoyed it. They gave us a special Nicaraguan coffee, it was delicious. My family and my self enjoyed to stay with them. I will stay with them in my next trip.
