Camere bellissime con un bellissimo affaccio sulle montagne. Tutto molto pulito . The, camomilla, bicchieri, tazze, bollitore..tutto a disposizione in camera. La colazione è stata la migliore di tutto il Perù Lo staff è gentilissimo e sorridente..e poi non si può non fare due carezze a BONI! La simpaticissima cagnolina che ti accoglie al check-in e nella sala colazione! Grazie, tutto perfetto!

Awesome service! Carlos, was so nice and caring. He was able to answer all of my questions and gave me great advice for my trip to Machu Picchu! My room was extremely clean, really comfy bed, and awesome location. I highly recommend this place!!

Really friendly staff, we arrived after 11pm and the reception staff called someone who can speak fluent English to go through all the information we needed about busses to MP and breakfast options. We had breakfast in the hotel at 6am the next morning but they also offered a take out option. Great service

Posizione comodissima vicino alla stazione, ma molto silenzioso, era possibile raggiungere velocemente ogni punto del paese. Camera grande con 3 letti singoli, spaziosa e con molta luce. Mi sono trovata benissimo, molto meglio di quanto avessi preventivato. Grazie

The hotel is in a good location. It is cozy and clean. Rina is an excellent host. She picked us up in the train station, took us to the ticket office to buy bus tickets, and recommend a good English speaking tour guide. We had a good time in Machu Picchu and she made our trip even better.

Very clean and centrally located. Franklin is such friendly host, made me feel at home at the hotel. there was fruit and bottled water in my room when I arrived. shower was hot which I appreciated. there was also a heater in the room but I was warm enough and didn’t use it. wifi was good. I was also able to store my luggage at the hotel when I hiked up to Machu Picchu and after that when I returned and went to the hot springs. breakfast was simple but good - bread, eggs, yoghurt and muesli, tea or coffee, juice, fruit.

Very nice litte hotel in Machu Picchu Pueblo! Only 5 or 10 minutes walking to the train station, the artisan market, and the restaurants, shops. etc. The room was very tastefully decorated, the bed was super-comfortable, and the TV had DirecTV channels (perfect for relaxing after a day in Machu Picchu). We had a room on the 4th floor overlooking the river, which at the time was raging! The view was spectacular. I slept very well with the sound of the river. The staff is very friendly and always willing to help with recommendations.

Do 10 a questo posto perchè aveva: doccia enorme con acqua calda, camera spaziosa con due letti molto comodi, uno matrimoniale e uno singolo, doppio cuscino, ventilatore in caso di caldo, phon, reception disponibilissima anche a prepararci la colazione presto, cioè fuori orario perchè dovevamo salire a Machu Picchu prestissimo, colazione tra l'altro abbondante e niente male. Il posto è a 100 metri da dove partono i bus per Machu Picchu e la biglietteria si trova di fronte all'ingresso della House. Silenzioso di notte. Per una o due notti questo posto è perfetto, lo consiglio caldamente, io ho pagato una miseria per la stanza.
