She very kindly greeted us with the keys at the apartment. She kept in contact and gave detailed advice on different transport methods to get to the apartment. The location was near the lovely old part of town, a few minutes walk or easily reached by tram. Loredana was very friendly and helpful, providing a detailed map with the tram numbers and had excellent local knowledge of the area. The apartment was spotlessly clean, well stocked with essentials, spacious, bright and quiet. Loredana went out of her way to help us and even left a welcoming bottle of wine when we arrived. Highly recommended accommodation and we would love to return in the future.
