Ubytovanie base-Beijing Wangfujing Serviced Apartment sa nachádza v centre mesta Peking 2,4 km od miesta Wangfujing Street a 2,8 km od miesta Oblasť Shichahai. Base was perfect for a two week stay, which is long enough that it would be annoying to stay in a hotel, but also not long enough to find a regular apartment to rent. I was especially happy about having something closer to an apartment than a hotel room since I got sick on my second week and had to spend an entire week inside while getting better, but at least I had a great view, lots of light and enough of a kitchen corner to make tea and soup for myself, which made the whole thing less miserable. There are plates, mugs and cutlery, plus a toaster and a water heater. A pot for basic cooking would be nice so you don't have to buy a bunch of stuff for longer stays and can actually use the kitchen, but it worked fine for two weeks. The staff were all super helpful and kind - especially the cleaning lady, who knew that I was sick and was quite concerned about me getting better. It's obviously quite pricey for Beijing in objective terms, but with the alternative being a hotel, I would've been much less happy with a hotel for the same price. It also has the advantage of taking care of police registration, which can be a bit complicated when renting an apartment and time-consuming enough to eat up a significant portion of a short, busy stay.

Situated 2.5 km from Gubei Water Town in Miyun and Simatai Great Wall, 20 km from Jinshanling Great Wall, Jumanyuan House features air-conditioned rooms and free private parking. -Super nice stay at Jumanyuan house, a family run guest house -The entire family was always so so helpful and nice, providing pick up at airport and taking me to anywhere I needed to go throughout the day as well as providing advice on which sections of the wall to visit -Highly recommended guest house to anyone looking to hike the nearby Wall of China -Room was very spacious and had all the things I needed (Wifi, AC, etc) -Breakfast and other meals were always provided as well as drinks and water for the day -Super efficient communication with their son via Wechat who speaks perfect english

This is a well run Hutong Hotel, located in a small village adjacent to the Great Wall. David is a super host, the room was totally clean and the courtyard is a very nice place to hang out.
