The entire property is done with a local and very nice touch. Very helpful hosts who supply a very good breakfast. Nice pool area and 5 mns walk to a beautiful sandy beach. Excellent restaurant down the street.

We loved everything, especially the hospitality and all the lovely pets, the host are by far the kindest, and we are deeply thankful, we wish we could have stayed more and hope we will see them again

Situated in Las Terrenas, within 5 km of Pueblo de los Pescadores, Apartment in Sublime Samana Résidence is an accommodation offering pool views. The apartment was comfortable and pleasant. The kitchen had more than I regularly find in similar locations. The cleanliness was great and we appreciated the staff coming to freshen up the apartment on day 2.

Adults-Only Hacienda Terra Taina in Las Terrenas provides adults-only accommodation with pool with a view and a garden. This property offers access to a terrace, free private parking and free WiFi. The breakfast was lovely and we looked forward to it everyday. It usually consisted of a selection of fresh fruit, fruit juice, coffee, eggs (optional ham & cheese added), tomatoes and avocado. Perfect way to start the day! The staff (shoutout to Valerio and the kitchen/housekeeping crew!) was incredibly helpful and kind. Valerio helped arrange our transport to and from the airport, coordinated our scooter rental and also recommended some fantastic restaurant options. The breakfast crew always greeted us with a smile in the mornings and prepared the most delicious scrambled eggs. The grounds were beautifully landscaped and the perfect place to read a book on a lazy, late afternoon. The location is away from the main strip and while walkable, I would recommend either renting transport or going via moto-taxi. We loved that we could retreat from the buzz of the main strip to a calm and relaxing home-base.

Situated within 800 metres of Punta Popy Beach and less than 1 km of Las Ballenas Beach in Las Terrenas, Casa Barbara provides accommodation with seating area. The place is absolutely beautiful! The garden is like a jungle and the pool is super nice. I loved waking up early and going for a swim and watching the birds in the garden. The owners are very nice and helpful, and their dogs are so cute. They have delicious coffee they offer for free and really thought of everything, even netflix on the TV in the bungalow. We loved it, highly recommend!

Set in Las Terrenas, 70 metres from Punta Popy Beach, Puerto Plaza Las Terrenas provides accommodation with a rooftop pool, free private parking, an open-air bath and a bar. I recommend the Puerto Plaza hotel which has an incredible concept and is in a great location. There are lots of shops, laundry, pharmacy, restaurants, bars and a disco nearby hotel. Very comfortable rooms, where nothing is missing and there are very clean. I really enjoyed serving breakfast which was fresh and tasty. The hotel staff is very nice and friendly. Everybody's are ready to help. The receptionist Alex is very polite and can solve any problem in such a way that the stay at the hotel is very pleasant :)

Situated in Las Galeras, El Pelicano Apart-Hotel features accommodation with pool with a view, free WiFi and free private parking for guests who drive. Super spacious place, with trees around and a nice swimming pool. Communication upon arrival was excellent, it was definitely one of the best hotels we stayed at during our trip.

21 Palms is set in Las Galeras, only 300 metres from the beach and 3 km from La Playita Beach. Guests can enjoy the on-site bar, hot tub, free WiFi in all areas and free private parking. Excel•lent, el tracte del personal. Molt atents, agradables i honestes. No es facil de trobar a República Dominicana. La ubicació és tranquil•la, a només 5 minuts d' una platja preciosa de sorra blanca. A la nit pots gaudir tant de la terraça de l'habitació com d'un agradable bar al jardí on es serveixen bons coctails a bon preu. Té un jacuzzi agradable on malgrat ser petit no vam coincidir amb cap més hoste. Wifi super ràpid amb bona cobertura. Un lloc paradisiac, 100% recomanable.
