Fernando met me at the air port which was really appreciated. He was so kind and made me feel at home. The room was clean and very peaceful it has a nice private balcony and a cute French staircase. Very happy with my visit, I would definitely recommend to others.

Could not fault one thing about this place. Absolutely outstanding! Owners were so welcoming and made you feel so valued as a customer, even offered to take us around the city to show us the tourist sites! Super kind. If you are considering staying here, do! Only regret is that we didn’t stay longer!

Everything was perfect. Sophie was super friendly and helpful to take me from airport to hotel. She was one of the the best host I’ve ever met. This hotel was so traditional colonial style with elegant decorations and relax atmosphere. Breakfast was simple but good quality. Actually it’s better than photos on the website and I’m so glad I made a great decision. If I come to Quatemala city again, I will stay here again.
