Set in Tuk Tuk in the Sumatra region, Toba Boi has a terrace and mountain views. With lake views, this accommodation offers a balcony. The property offers quiet street views. I moved here from an other place and i was very happy when i arrived! The bedroom and bathroom where very clean, the shower is warm and there is a big bed. The location is also really good there is a vieuw over the rice fields and across the street is a nice restaurant. It is just a 10/15 minute walk to the rest of the restaurants. The owner was really nice as well and he even gave me a ride to the harbour when i was leaving.

The hostess speaks excellent English and was very helpful. She assisted me in arranging for a motorcycle tour of Lake Toba, given that there isn't any public transport. Facing the seafront, Romlan is a guest house offering a 3-star accommodation in Tuk Tuk. It has a private beach area, garden and private parking. We stayed for a total of 9 nights in Romlan; in two different rooms. Where to start with the things we liked? First of all, the staff of Romlan is very friendly and helpful. They even helped us with calling and getting to the local pharmacy to get some medicines for sickness (one of us got ill and they called the pharmacy that was closed due to the Sunday Service and they opened up the pharmacy for us). The food and drinks of their own restaurant were amazing and very tasty & variable; good price value as well! The location of Romlan is also good: the boat drops you off at their pier and all the things in Tuk Tuk are on walking distance. The views from the rooms and restaurant are amazing. If you want to hire a scooter bike you can without signing for anything and you don't have to fuel up the tank (when you get the bike, the tank is full). A free refill water station is available and also some tips & tricks about the surroundings of Romlan and the transport options from Lake Toba to other places like Berastagi or Medan. Definitely recommended to book your stay at Romlan when you are looking for a place to stay in Tuk Tuk.

We had the room in front of the lake and it was just perfect :) The garden is so beautiful, the water in front is so peaceful and the family is so nice!

Manager Mr. Jae organized a car with a driver for me to see Samosir Island. Driver Mr. Rambo was also a very good driver and a guide. He was extremely cooperative. I enjoyed my stay at this hotel.

A recently renovated guest house set in Tuk Tuk, Hub Tata Guesthouse features a garden. The property features lake views. Outdoor seating allows guests to sit outside and enjoy the good weather. Location is very nice at the end of the Samosir Island.
