What was the nicest and we are eternally grateful for: our flight to Budapest was cancelled at 2 pm. At 6 pm there was a train to take us home via Belgrade. The rain was pouring, our phones were diving and we had another day and a half of train and bus rides ahead of us. I asked if we could go back to the hostel for a couple of hours (the airport is a 10 minute walk). They said yes, so we could get ready for the long journey and not get soaked. We were able to download all the maps and information in advance (not an EU country so we didn't have mobile internet) This was a great help for us, thank you very much!
