Was able to watch fire works at the festive walk from our balcony. Location is perfect, walking distance from the mall and market appropriately 3-5 minutes walk. Very clean and facilities staff very helpful and respectful.

We are guest there last May 19 to April 19, 2024. Our expectation was met in terms of security, cleanliness , facilities. Locations of vicinity is nearby shopping malls especially Mega world, Festive mall, near Molo Church and across is Iloilo Esplanade where you can walk and enjoy the surroundings. WIFI connection is strong and Air conditioning helps a lot during our summer stay. Water is sufficient and the place is complete with cooking and utensils stuff. The host is easy to be reach out. I keep recommending this place to my friends who are looking for place to stay when they go for vacation in Iloilo City. I will be happy to book this place again in my next vacation:)
