Conrad and Tita Susan were very accommodating and the check-in process was smooth. The property is easier to access if you're coming from UPLB thru Pili Drive as the route going to Maahas road is a bit narrow if you have a vehicle larger than a sedan. My husband and I brought our own car and the property was easy to find since it's in Waze and Google Maps. If you like a quick weekend getaway or even a place where you can remotely work, this place is perfect as the wifi speed is very good. This place is definitely now on my list if I need a quick break from the city.

Landlady is really reactive to every query. House is located to a quiet and nice village. In front is a small restaurant with pizza and filipino foods. We all (8 persons) enjoyed our stay.

The condo was extremely clean. The small kitchen was equipped with everything you’ll need to cook. There was a lot of room for 2 people. They also had free wifi and Netflix. The staff around the property were so kind and helpful. Liezl was great from the very start. Super communicative and always available to help whenever we had questions. We absolutely loved it and hope to come back here for our next visit.

Khentdrick's Place at Holland Park Southwoods is situated in Biñan, 26 km from Newport Mall, 27 km from Glorietta Mall, and 28 km from Greenbelt Mall. Private parking is available on site. I've been eyeing this property since september. We live in the neighborhood and wants to have a stress free getaway. We like the cleanliness of the place. Accessible to the malls, churches. We love the owner's kindness and very considerate. We extended for 6 hours and she gave us Free 1 hour.

I like the accomodation, easy access to store, near the gate, easy access to transportation... If you are planning to go to EK its the perfect place to stay. We stayed at #30 by Red Door and the house is so clean, beddings are comfortable and facilities are good. Ms Rochelle is also very responsive and helpful with our stay.

My review is longer on Tripadvisor. It's a nice place to unwind. Food and drinks are yummy. The staff are very courteous and attentive to detail. The place is quaint rustic and beautiful. The bedrooms have ample space and extra beds for relaxing or reading. A quiet place to unwind. The swimming pool is open and the check in time starts early.
