I love the individual bahay kubo concept. The kubos are well built. It was great to sit on the chairs outside. The room and the shared kitchen had complete amenities and appliances. This homestay is a short walk to many restaurants and bars. The staff were very friendly and accomodating to our requests. Thanks Camanolo!

Lovely environment with plants and flowers, calm and safe. The bungalow got everything you need for a private and comfy stay. The personnel is super friendly and helpful. The location is very near to tourist avenue what so called general luna. The host was so accommodating gave his suggestions about our tour everyday.

500 metro mula sa General Luna Beach at 1.3 km mula sa Cloud 9 Surfing Area, nagtatampok ang The Broken Board ng libreng WiFi at mga unit na nilagyan ng kitchen, patio, at seating area. We really enjoyed our stay at Broken board. Away from the noise and close to everything you need. The whole property is very nice and Arlene the manager and her partner couldn't be more friendly and helpful. The rooms are minimalistic and clean, the bathroom is spacious, has hot water (even though you don't need it and it is the best to use bucket shower that is also available), the kitchen has all you need for cooking, even rice cooker, the terrace is very pleasant to spend your mornings and evenings. Arlene arranges the motor bike for rent as also the very early tuk tuk ride we needed to the port when leaving with a ferry. We stayed with our daughter and if we come back we would book again.

Very clean and amazing location close by the beach. Very calm area , 10 mins by scooter from the city center.

Subangan is a nice homestay to stay in your trip to the north of the island. Rooms are spacious and clean. The best thing is the lady that runs it; I left an important thing there and she made the impossible to give it to me before I was leaving the island. Highly recommend!
