It was a perfect place for us (two adults and two small children). We loved it, and our host was so nice and helpful. It was clean and the view from the balcony was amazing. Also, the Creole Dinner that our host made for us one day (600 SCR) was delicious! We would definitely recommend this place.

La Trouvaille was simply fabulous, I can't gush about the place enough. A real shame that I only stayed for three nights. These are newly-built so everything works and everything is immaculate. On an island where accommodation is very pricey (or downright extreme) La Trouvaille represents crazy-high value, a private hillside villa with your own driveway, and then add to that an insanely beautiful view from the large terrace. The decor is real nice, feels like home and everything is modern and well-stocked. The owners are very nice people, they even left a few breakfast things in the fridge and some fruit for arrival. There was a big papaya from their garden...I didn't know papayas could taste that good. If I'm ever lucky enough to return to Seychelles I'll definitely stay here again.

We had planned most of our activities in advance, but the charming hosts helped us with the transfer from the airport upon arrival. Marte and Alfred can give good tips and offer a solution to most of the challenges one might have during their stay. The people of that wonderful country are very friendly and relaxed, but if there is an obstacle you should consider calling a friend for solving the issue. Renting a car is probably the most reasonable choice. We choose to hire the same driver that took us from the airport for that purpose. The nice and clean car, combined with the careful driving made our trips a real joy.
