She even drove me to the busstop in her car and made sure I got on-board. Oh yeah, I forgot: The bungalows are also very comfortable and clean and the hotel is at a short distance from walking street and bicycles can be borrowed.

We stayed for one night after a couple of nights hiking in Phu Kradueng. A comfy bed and hot shower was just what we needed, and the view was absolutely spectacular. It was a peaceful place and the owner was very kind and helpful. There isn't food available but you can drive a few minutes to a local restaurant.

It's a bit hard to find, be sure to check directions. We loved it. Will be back!

WiFi was good (important near the mountains). Refrigerator, aircon, fan, strong hot water. Everything clean. Location is an easy fifteen-minute walk from the main street in Phu Kradueng town, where there is a big line-up of sit-down open-air food places, a 7-Eleven, other stores, and an excellent coffee shop (บ้านเค้ก กาแฟสด) that makes really good cakes on the premises. The staff is not English-speaking. They use Google translate on their phones, but are efficient. They did my laundry, and found me transport. If you are climbing Phu Kradueng mountain, this is a good base. Also, one of the staff ladies gave me some bananas as I left!
