Great facilities, breakfast and chocolates were a nice touch. Enjoyed the coffee machine. Made use of the in room microwave and fridge. Host was very helpful when I had questions and was very responsive via WhatsApp. Everything I needed was there.

TONS of FREE snacks and beverages -- from cereal, to yogurt, to croissants, to fruit and nuts, to candy, to coffee, tea, bottled water, seltzer -- you name it, they have it!. Pristine kitchen and bath. Excellent host!!!. Shared bath not a problem -- almost always available immediately when needed. Exceptional value for the price.

Great host, Mark and Dana! Very helpful and accommodating. The location is 5 minutes walk from the subway station B n C line that practically takes u to most of the attractions in NYC. Nice n quiet neighbourhood, away from the hustle bustle of times square. Highly recommended!
