Excellent design and Cornell vibe, comfortable rooms, good value for Ithaca, even during busy weekends, and a perfect location to walk anywhere on the Cornell campus (which is unheard of in Ithaca other than the Statler Hotel in the middle of campus). The GreyHaven is a wonderful place in Ithaca! This is a family run operation and they have renovated all the rooms! The outdoor facilities include Adirondack chairs around several fire pits and there's wood to start a fire too provided with the room. The attention of the owners was wonderful and I cannot express how accommodating they were. We went to Ithaca beer and the owner even offered to pick us up if necessary. Pick this "motel" for accommodations in Ithaca!!!!

What a gem - it was a beautiful house and such a lovely place. The room was amazing and the bed so comfortable. Breakfast was really lovely. The attention to detail was massively high and we felt so welcomed and even had a gift waiting for us, which was a lovely touch. Would highly recommend. Terri was such a lovely host. Good location as well especially as we were passing through from New York to Niagara Falls.
