The landlord is very nice and helpful. They also have a restaurant nearby and yachts. So you can easily book everything in advance via one person. It’s worth to stay for a couple of days because Dubrovnik is very beautiful.

Location is just excellent, it almost feels like you can jump into water directly from the balcony. Hotel is very clean. Breakfast is also excellent with various different options. Beach is just in front and you can find beach chairs available. It is not crowded since there are not many houses and objects around this hotel. Guests have parking places available. I would difinitely recommend this hotel.

Boasting a wellness centre, an indoor pool and an on-site restaurant, the 4-star Time Boutique Hotel is located in Split. Great boutique hotel! Facilities are great and also the staff is awesome! Super helpful always! breakfast is good as well, but the pool and spa is outstanding!
