Very nice atmospheric place, more than 100 years old. Also there were no one else except us, so we got lucky to have a whole place by ourselves.

Very friendly and welcoming hostess, she gifted us a free upgrade to suite. Also, amazing house, if you like old and medieval style then don't miss this! We felt we were staying in some medieval castle in the mountains, with stone walls and fireplace and huge wooden doors. And a flat screen of course and all modern amenities, warm and cozy, the bath was jacuzzi size. Its located in the middle of the "Old Kakopetria" village. The name is appropriate, its a restored medieval village with stone houses that are centuries old.

The chalet was beautiful with amazing view of Troodos mountains. The cabin was well equipped with all you need. It has a huge terrace over looking the village and the mountains, we had all our meals there. We got an immediate response to all we asked.

We liked everything. The host, mr Dinos, came to pick us up when we could not find the place. The hosts treated us like family. The room was especially clean, comfortable and had everything, even baby wipes, stuff in the fridge and the cabinets. A renovated, cosy studio. The location is central. You can leave the car at the st ioannis Monastery and cross the bridge. There was cypriot breakfast available. Overall, the place felt like home.
