The nearby shorelines is very nice. Background note concerning responses in this review: There are three rental cottages on the premises; we were in #2. The others looked to be similar size, but we don't know whether everything in our response would apply accurately to them.

Romantic stay at loghouse VäikeTeeMaja ligt op 21 km van Alexander Nevski-kathedraal, en biedt accommodatie in Üksnurme met toegang tot een sauna. The facilities are lovely, easy to use and cosy. Cute little sauna house surrounded by the forest and the outdoor hot tub made our evening. It is definitely worth adding the hot tub to your experience!

Beautiful location, felt like in fairy tale Peace and quiet. 10 min walk to the beach, local shop also car ride away. Host was welcoming and even gave us fresh eggs and tomatoes.

Peep is a wonderful host and is very quick to help and provide more water/firelighters when requested. Peep is an exceptional host who gave us a full tour of the grounds and had heated the sauna prior to our arrival. We stayed in February and it was wonderful. The fire produces a lot of heat and we had a spare radiator should we get cold. The river is a perfect place to have a dip after the sauna. We did a short walk around the property and it was perfect. So quiet and surrounded by nature. The toilet was incredibly clean. There is a fire pit by the river, we didn’t use it but a great addition. The cottage is completely off-grid and full of many homemade quirks which made the stay very unique. We stayed for two nights and would definitely stay again.
