With pool views, Phum Khmer Lodge - Village Cambodian Lodge is set in Siem Reap and has a restaurant, room service, bar, garden, year-round outdoor pool and terrace. This is a true gem. The buildings are traditional Khmer architecture, with each divided into two suites. Ours was spacious, with a large bathroom, plenty of hot water, a comfortable bed, living room area, and excellent air conditioner. The pool is gorgeous, surrounded by tropical plants. We felt like we were staying in a tropical oasis! Tea in the afternoon was lovely, with a variety of snacks and cookies. The breakfast is great with many options- the Asian breakfasts were all outstanding but if you fancy something western, we also enjoyed the French Toast. The hotel will arrange activities for you if you want and they can also pack meals to take away if you want to bring something for the road.
