This luxury accommodation is Off-The-Grid and supported by Solar, Gas and a log burner. It is a short 3 minute walk to the Lake and there is a sheltered mooring for your boat. The property offers views of Lake Benmore and Aoraki Mt Cook. Located perfectly for star gazing. Everything, though about 10 minutes off the beaten path it didn’t matter once you got there. On the front porch you looked right at Mount Cook. The house itself was immaculate and the appointments were top notch. If you are staying for a few days do not miss this one.

The most comfortable bed with plenty of blankets to keep you warm.

We really appreciated the free use of a laundry after 10 days of travel. It was good to have hot plates available so we could relax and cook after so many take-outs. The shower and bathroom were wonderful.Parking was easy, right outside our apartment. The staff, a delight.
