Everything, though about 10 minutes off the beaten path it didn’t matter once you got there. On the front porch you looked right at Mount Cook. The house itself was immaculate and the appointments were top notch. If you are staying for a few days do not miss this one.

My only regret is that I couldn't stay to enjoy it longer or especially on a moonless night for night sky viewing!
