Great location for those who don't like being in the hustle and bustle of the city. It's easy and cheap to catch a collectivo (mini van) into the city of Hauraz.

Fleur Lodge is the perfect place to recover from your hiking or climbing adventure, or to use as a launching pad to explore the region due to its excellent location (Why stay in the city of Huaraz when you're probably here to explore the area's natural beauty?). The hotel owner, a Belgian expat, has demonstrated great attention to detail throughout the property, which boasts beautiful architecture and design. Rooms are large and comfortable with views of the snow-capped Cordillera Blanca. The restaurant is excellent and sources many of its ingredients from the property's expansive organic garden. Staff are wonderful, especially general manager Daniel, who catered to absolutely every need and was welcoming, friendly, and professional. He even arranged for a fantastic masseuse to come to the property as I recovered from a trek. I enjoyed touring the gardens and finding a peaceful spot by the river behind the hotel where I took a nap. 10/10 would recommend, and I'll definitely be back again!

Everything! We absolutely loved to stay in this beautiful place, the views are stunning,the food is delicious, the staff are so kind and attentive, the tents are spaciois and have comfortable beds. You have free acces to tea and water throughout the day and the Domes offer additional beverages to buy once there. It is outside of the city Huaraz, but it makes sense to stay here as you have easy acces to so many unknown and beatiful lakes and walking routes. Staying here was an absolut highligt of our trip and we left wanting to stay there longer.

La Casa Pukayaku Lodge se encuentra en Caraz y ofrece vistas al río, salón compartido, jardín y terraza. Hay wifi gratis en todas las instalaciones. We had the absolute BEST time at Casa Pukayaku. We had originally booked an airbnb in Huaraz on our way to Cordillera Blanca, but were unhappy the way it turned out. We widened our location search and found this gem of a BnB on a mountainside in Caraz. Bely and Jorje were incredibly wonderful hosts (and amazing at karaoke!). The food was excellent, the artisanal beer was delicious, and overall ambiance was a dream. This is a perfect place to stay if you are looking to hike the Cordillera Blanca mountains.

Casi todos los alojamientos tienen balcón y/o patio. the location is amazing. walk to the mountains from the place. dinner and breakfast amazing. the sustainability of the place is great.

The property was just what we needed before a few days hiking, great warm shower, comfy beds and a unique experience. Carlos and Magali were so welcoming, cooked us amazing local food and shared with us their homemade soaps/essential oils.

The hotel is beautiful, the grounds are lovely and the host was very pleasant and accommodating to change rooms for no extra charge when we found termites in the first room (number 7) The breakfast was good.
