The outdoor spa, the quality room and the exceptional staff. The desk staff made us feel welcome, the servers in the lounge and around the pool were awesome, and the lady (as well as the new trainee) who were cleaning the rooms were friendly, considerate and humorous. Even the weather was amazing. It was truly a pleasure to spend time at Pillar and Post. We look forward to our next visit!

By far one of the prettiest towns I have ever stayed in and a perfect location to visit Niagara Falls. Plenty of restaurants, shops, and bakeries. Right on Lake Ontario. Loads of vineyards within the area. Will be back.

Many pubs do not take reservations - best to check ahead.
Many pubs do not take reservations - best to check ahead. Lots of tourists and locals - so if there is music - know it may be hard to get into a place for a quick bite to eat. The app for parking near down town is fantastic.

I love it! It is such a quaint little town.
I love it! It is such a quaint little town. I would love to visit during other seasons. We stayed in winter, it was a bit rainy and foggy but absolutely beautiful! We enjoyed the afternoon tea at the hotel. What a wonderful experience! We also ate at the Irish Harp across the street from the hotel. It was delicious! I would definitely recommend both of those.

Just an absolutely wonderful place to visit for the theater, food, shopping, walking, and overall atmosphere. The Irish Harp and Angel Inn are great places for food, a pint, and music. Shaw Festival productions are the equal of any Broadway show. In the middle of Canadian Wine Country. We visit from the Finger Lakes in NYS at least once a year.

Great place to visit, we actually make it a yearly event.
Great place to visit, we actually make it a yearly event. From the hotel, everything you need is only a short walk from the door ! If you want a more elegant setting, the hotel dining area is for you. If you want to rub elbows with the locals, there are plenty of restaurants & dinners close by. The Shaw Theater is a five-minute walk from here, and the Royal George Theater is six minutes away. All in all, it's a great place to visit at any time of year !

Niagara on the Lake is a beautiful, romantic little village that is vibrant and welcoming. We thoroughly enjoyed the shopping, theatre, restaurants, and took advantage of the warm weather with a nice long walk along the water's edge and checking out the historical landmarks along the way!

This is not the Savoy Hotel in London! The Inn is a small British style, family operated B&B. It is located between Niagara Falls and Niagara on the Lake with easy access to the area main roads and freeway. Niagara on the Lake is a quaint and popular small city so therefore touristy. To me it ranks with the much larger Canadian cities: Victoria (British), Quebec City (French), and Charlottetown PEI and Halifax NS ( Maritime). In the area there are many wineries and Historical sites.
The breakfasts prepared by our hosts were exceptional, the best we've had anywhere on our travels. Each item was freshly prepared and served by the hosts; the offerings were delicious and plentiful. The "main" courses, ordered by the guests the night before, were hot and filling. Great coffee and teas were available all day. We stayed for two nights, taking day trips into town and the falls. Rooms were large and decorated decorated tastefully.
Breakfast was included & provided a good choice both hot & cold. You could eat inside or on the porch.
Our room was lovely, well decorated with guest comfort in mind. The little extras make it special & very clean.
Hotel location was just outside hustle & bustle but you require a car to visit all the sites anyway in Niagara On The Lake. There were restaurants within walking distance.
This villa was the perfect accommodation for my family to explore the area. It was quiet and was much more relaxing than staying in a one room hotel. It also had a beautiful view of neighboring vineyards. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and friendly.
The very hearty breakfast was outstanding with homemade breads and pastries, fruit from the neighboring farms or from their gardens, and eggs from their chickens. The lovely house backed up to picturesque vineyards and a winery.
Stunning room. Stunning hotel. Loved swimming and the spa. Best dinner at LIV restaurant ever had. Close to outlets and main st on niagara on the lake. Just a perfect anniversary weekend🤗
Extraordinary Accomodation in Niagara on the Lake (size of the room, bathroom), great surroundings, we could even rent some bikes and ride into the beautiful Niagara on the Lake!
Very good. Location didn't help in middle of road construction and road closures, so hard to navigate to head in Niagara Falls direction. But that isn't the hotels fault.
