The bathroom was great, with a pleasant shower which is very important to me. The whole room was very clean. A little sofa by the massive window was very nice for evening relaxation. The room was the perfect size for a single traveller and the bed was very comfortable. The rest of the building was also very tidy and clean.

The room was quite spacious and had a lovely big windows and plenty of space for our suitcases to lie out - we stayed in the main old building. The breakfast had a nice variety, though very European, and was set up really beautifully with views out to the old town. The staff were lovely and friendly and the hotel itself was beautiful with an old fashioned lift and sweeping staircase. The location couldn't have been better really - in the heart of the old town with only a few minutes easy walk into the main square for all the restaurants and shops etc. It was ideal for our purposes and they kept our suitcases in storage for us, and let us hang out in the downstairs lounge while we waited for our ferry to Helsinki.
