The room was enormous and quirkily painted, with an enormous bathtub and a huge bathtub. The gardens were large and beautifully cared for. We paid €10 to leave our car underneath the hotel overnight.
We thoroughly enjoyed the fantastic breakfast buffet which was well worth paying an extra €12 for. We spent about an hour eating our breakfast in a sort of conservatory area which felt like we were in the garden. There were lots of lovely secret áreas to explore in this hotel. We were very impressed.
The hotel was sooooo quiet, which we loved.

Great location in the centre of town close to shops, bars and restaurants. Accomodation was in very good condition with modern finishes. Parking just along the road for a reasonable price. Comfortable bed,hot shower. Plenty of choice for breakfast and good quality. Very good value for money.

This place fits right in with the saying don't look at the jar but at what's in it. The hotel really looks beautiful from the outside like in the pictures but the room ("suite") was terrible. Acoustic insulation does not exist. Cheap parquet. The whole room looks shabby compared to the beauty of the place from the outside. I told the team the feeling and he looked bored. Too bad we traveled so far for this.

A small town with plenty of history, particularly of the Sherry trade (Osborne in particular).
Small enough to walk around comfortably, though there seemed to be no shortage of taxis.
Uncrowded (late April).
Many good restaurants and bars.
Very convenient for travel to Cadiz and Jerez.

This was a great clean hotel, with a really comfortable and spacious room. The minibar was a nice addition, and not excessively priced, though admittedly very limited options. Although the room had great soundproofing from the street, there was quite a lot of noise coming from nearby rooms and downstairs in the reception.

We came to the town from Cadiz. There is no comparison.
We came to the town from Cadiz. There is no comparison. The town is busy but not trendy as claimed in all the media. You can find a good restaurant or two if you do the legwork.
The harbour is not on the sea but on the river. We didn't think it worthwhile to try the beach.
We will can't see what all the fuss is about and will stick to Cadiz in future

Before we arrived the hotel messaged us asking if we needed anything. The staff were helpful. The room was clean. The room had a shower in the bath which is useful for families with small children. They serve breakfast in the morning. Check In and check out are at good times. The room has a TV and WiFi. The hotel gave us a key to get back into the hotel so we don't get locked out if we return late to the hotel. There is free street parking directly outside the hotel.
Nice location on the sea front. Great to have a fridge in the room. Breakfast was good except for the awful fruit juice. We had dinner at the hotel for the 3 nights and thought it was great value for money as the buffet was excellent. There is entertainment outside on the lawn in high season three nights a week. It is very late starting (10.30) and ends at midnight so it can be annoying if you want an early night!

The hotel has its own Parking included in the price. The lobby was nice and big. The facility was clean. Nice bar area in te lobby. Our room was a standard double. Plenty of space for clothing. Nice little balcony where we hung our clothes to dry. Breakfast was 10/10. Huge buffet. Good food. Very nice staff.
I have stayed for 28 days on Calle Larga. During Semana Santa (and every other time) the location is perfect!
Next time when I’ll be in El Puerto I will start my research from This property!
Thank you for the great time in El Puerto de Santa Maria!
Location is very good - walking distance to the beach as well as center / harbor (the town is very small), free parking at the street, friendly staff and superb breakfast (way better than common *** hotel). The value for money is really great.
Location is in good place of el Puerto de Santa Maria, near (in few minutes) free car parking. Clean flat. Very good value of money. Very safe door lock and very clean corridor. Outside is couple bars and fine walking river canal promenade.
Our third stay at Puerto Sherry although this visit was at a different time of the year. We were not disappointed and as the weather was extremely good, the use of the hotel pool was an added bonus.
The staff make this hotel exceptional. Sara went above and beyond to make my stay as smooth and comfortable as could be. Whatever you pay her is not enough. Thank you guys.
Beautiful romantic hotel that includes very easy to negotiate parking (rare in Spain). A perfect getaway for honeymooners -- with great access to Cadiz and Jerez.
