A very nice locations with parking place, shopping store. The room was very nice and clean. A very good price/quality ratio ! if we could serve breakfast until 9:00 a.m. we could give a big 10 ! I will definitely choose this location again.

Hegyeshalom is perfectly located near the Austrian border, a few minutes off the main highway. Check-in was smooth. Accommodation is surprisingly spacious and exceptionally clean. The only thing which was not provided was shower gel and/or shampoo. All in all this place offers super good value for money

Rooms are alright, restaurant is great but the staff is a bit sick and tired of tourists... specially stranger ones. The receptionist Horvath Nora treated us badly and insisted that we have to wait till 14h and by that hour she refused to speak English. She kept us outside even if it was hot and we were with child just from pure ambition. Not that there was no room or something. Anyway it is a pity because otherwise the location is ok.

After the Shell gas station, where you can buy a vignette, it is only a few minutes drive to the hotel. Large private parking, secured by cameras and with security. Check in was easy and fast. The interior of the hotel is very stylish and warm welcoming. Also the gardens and ornaments are very beautiful. Arrived at 00:00 and the receptionist woman was very professional and friendly. The room was very warm and comfortable. The breakfast was very good and overall my experience was exceptional. The car park is free and secure.
