1- The attitude of the staff was excellent. 2- The reception and delivery of the room were done on time. 3- The cleaning of the room was excellent. 4- The location of the hotel was excellent. 5- The shuttle service to and from the shrine helped me and my family a lot. 6- The exterior of the hotel was beautiful and had excellent restaurants with excellent food. 7- It had a good pool area and a children's pool.

Sarah was very helpful, and she could speak Farsi and English very well. Meanwhile, Hassan was supportive, and he helped us rent a car to go to Baghdad and visit sights on the road. The every half-hour shuttle service to Haram was another excellent hotel facility. Breakfast was good with a good combination of cold and warm foods, including Foul Mudammas. The bedsheets were shiny. The Shower was excellent, and they provided a complete variety of toiletries.

The owner and his team are making sure, that you get the most maximum comfort. The staff is very friendly and respecful. The location is perfect for visiting the holy shrines in Karbala. It is clean. The structure is good to stay some nights, an accommodation somewhere between western and Iraqi standards. Workers are very nice and helpful, both in the hotel and at the reception.
