Stayed here for a night before an early morning flight out of Bergamo. I came in with quite low expectations. I basically expected the hotel to just be clean. But I have to say I was REALLY impressed. The wifi signal in the room was weak and I expected them to just put the blame on me. But a few minutes later, a really friendly and service-minded engineer was standing in my room, confirmed the issue (he seemed very surprised about this, I was probably just unlucky, the wifi was fine even right outside my room) and then immediately provided me with a network cable and USB-to-ethernet adapter for my PC. Never in a 1000 years would I have expected such a level of service!!! I was really blown away by this. They also upgraded me to a better room free of charge, which came with the minibar being included for free. Great! They also had a spa area that looked nice, but I didn't have time to test it. Would definitely, 100% stay here again before another flight out of Bergamo. It was very close to the airport and parking was even free. Just great!

The room is in walking distance to the airport. We had an overnight stay, the host was very kind and helpful, self check-in instructions were also very clear. The room is comfortable and very clean. There is also soem snacks and coffee available. Overall a great place if you need to transfer flights! Easy access to Bergamo city center (bus is very close).

The room was in very nice condition, clean and sufficient for a few days. The location is very good, especially if you just arrived and it's late at night, you can walk there in less than 40 minutes form airport. Unfortunately, buses run until 11 p.m. During the day, it's a 5-minute walk to the bus stop and a 20-minute bus ride to the city. Very good contact with the owner:)
