great location, great people at reception, we were able to use some of the hotel facilities.
The apartment was lovely, but whoever sleeps in the upstairs bedroom has to deal with narrow stairs and no walls. However, it is still a wonderful property.

We arrived from Australia and took a train from Milan Malpensa all the way to Luino for the night as the next day we were off to Cannobio for a 1 week stay. It is always great to explore towns like this.

Luino is a charming town on Lake Maggiore.
Luino is a charming town on Lake Maggiore. It’s very close to the Swiss border and Lugano—so prices are more affordable. (: Wednesday Market in Luino is not to be missed. We heard a lot of favorable commentary and it didn’t disappoint. Plan on spending at least a half day to see it all. Highly recommended.

Of all the Italian Lake areas that I've been to, This one...
Of all the Italian Lake areas that I've been to, This one was the least attractive.
The weather was very hazy and the beautiful views were just not there. The traffic is horrendous. It ruins any outing.
There are few aerial cableways to get you into the mountains quickly for hiking, as there are in other lake areas and in Alto Adige.
The city of Luino is not very attractive.
We upgraded our room to stay in the main hotel. Staff were helpful and courteous. The amenities are surprisingly varied and would cater for a wide range of visitor. Natural scenery is wonderfully integrated into hotel complex.
We almost overlooked the hotel, it has a discrete, private setting with a luxury feel. We had a wonderful stay.
We will certainly be back.
The apartment was spacious and bright, with a breathtaking view on the lake. Bathroom was clean and kitchen was well equipped with all the necessary utensils. The apartment is comfortable and the checking-in and out was easy - we needed to pick up the key in the hotel down in Luino.
Breakfast was absolutely spot on; a decent choice of drinks and food catered for all taste I would say. I didn't spend much time at the hotel apart from sleeping and having breakfast but the location and parking were more than ideal. Would definitely recommend and go back.
great location, great people at reception, we were able to use some of the hotel facilities.
The apartment was lovely, but whoever sleeps in the upstairs bedroom has to deal with narrow stairs and no walls. However, it is still a wonderful property.
We stayed in Luino for 5 days. The B&B is located right in the citycenter, so you can get everywhere by foot. The rooms are very clean, the furnishing beautiful arranged. The hosts are very nice and helpful people. We really enjoyed our stay here!
The apartment is in the city center of Luino. From the balcony you can see Lago Maggiore on the one side and the Mountains on the other side.
The apartment was very clean but also very sterile / cold.
The bed was very comfy.
The breakfast set up was awesome, plenty of choices, barrista making coffee for everyone, servers running all over. The hotel was in a convenient location for accessing/walking downtown.
Beautiful location at the Lago Maggiore. Free private parking at the hotel. Very nice and extensive breakfast. The food in de restaurant is also tasty! We will come back!
Hotel was incredible, location is perfect! Hasn’t ruined yet with buildings. with green and blue colors it has amazing view. And breakfast was extraordinary. 😋
A lovely and distinctive hotel with a superb staff and a very fine restaurant. They are aiming for Relais et Chatteaux or SLH, and I think they will make it.
It is very nice appointment for family. Specially It is close to Luino city and lake. We was enjoyed lot. Host is very kind and make our request as our wish.
The whole staff was absolutely amazing! It was our second stay at this hotel and the way they treated us was just overwhelming. We'll be back for sure!
