I booked in Hotel Iris on booking, but was refused due to the hotel being overcrowded, and immediatly received an offer in another their brand hotel Iris Villa Hotel. The room category was changed. Upgrated. But by different address. So I took ones more taxi to other hotel. The room was nice and clean. Breakfast was excellent! Tasty, diverse and fresh. Thank you Cook for wonderful pancakes, and fresh cherries🍒!

Very friendly staff who were happy to speak English. Lovely modern room - slept reaaly well. Purified water in the room was appreciated. Great location near the centre and on a lovely boulevard. Lovely conservatory for breakfast with plenty to eat and Georgian restaurant is very good.

Fantastic location. Had a room that overlooked the Hotel National, and looked down the Stefan cel Mare boulevard. Lovely Soviet hotel, like an apartment. Very nice receptionist.

Booked this hotel for 4 nights, paid 30$ per night in february 2024. RECEPTION: Staff were friendly and helpful. ROOM: I lived in "Small Double Room" on the second floor, double bed with private bathroom. It was a small room with air conditioner, window, table, nightstands, kettle. Overall the room was clean, the bed was comfortable. But it was very cold in the room even with the air conditioner, radiator was not working! BATHROOM: Clean, water was warm and the pressure was ok. Towels, shampoo and gel are provided. There is no washing machine in the number. Hot water was not running for half day, but later they fixed it. CHECK OUT: 12:00
