The hotel was easy to find and close to the Oslo airport and a gas station(which was very convenient for filling up before returning our rental car). The breakfast was good and had plenty of options. I also appreciated it was offered early enough to eat before leaving for an early flight.

However, the reception desk personnel dealt with the problem quickly and smoothly and allocated me a new room in another part of the hotel. I would particularly like to praise the lady on reception at this time for her prompt and friendly customer service.

Free private parking lot is what we want and there are many choices. Breakfast is variety and rich, even salmon slices are available....I really love the breakfast as others travellers say.

Despite that the room was clean, with quite decent beds (a bit too soft for my liking, but this seems normal in Norway). Breakfast was very good, plenty of choice and decent quality.
