Very clean and welcoming. Staff was awesome! Very helpful. Room is nicely decorated and lots of storage. Very clean and the towels were great. Surprisingly quiet given the proximity to the airport! Breakfast was lovely with a variety of choices including fresh fruits, sausages, beans, crepes, different breads, jams, meats, and some kind of hot cereal. Oh, and waffles!
Shuttle to the airport for our morning flight was easily arranged and so convenient.

the hotel was opened in May 2024 so you can feel all benefits from a brand-new building, the personnel is pro-active, very kind, the hotel looks like a boutique business hotel due to its design and location - so if you are on business it means less traffic jams but require a 25-minute walk to the beach - if you are holidaymaker. Nespresso coffee machine is a nice addition in a room. Gluten-free bread option was more than expected!

I recommend Sleep and Fly if you have a very early or a very late flight into Gdansk airport. It is truly a 5 min walk from the airport door. The airport is very nice and has a change bureau and several very basic food stores outside the security line, and inside the waiting to board area there are even more food and souvenirs options.
The staff at Sleep and Fly is kind and helpful.
The room is basic but clean.
The hotel was quiet.
It has a nice field in front and you can sit and sip a dink before going to bed.
There is the bus 122 that takes you straight to Sopot beach. 45 minutes. So you can stay here and enjoy nature and parks and go down to Gdansk or other beaches easily from this hotel.
Recommended.

Common trip in early morning to come back to UK, so the place was convenient enough, to lay my body down in the evening and wake up and have a shower and get straight away to the airport and fall asleep again in the aircraft. Such a simple explanation... :-)
The below answer is gonna be very sarcastic.

Flying from Netherlands to Sweden was much cheaper with a transfer at Gdansk. We had to stay a night in Gdansk before we continued our journey to Sweden. This hotel was perfect for this purpose. Very close to the airport and only 20 minutes away from the Gdansk city centre by taxi/Uber.

Fancy making your own bowl of porridge? Just the place.kitchen at your disposal. Help yourself a coffee maker and kettle. A fridge for your own food available. Anyone with some food intolerance, allergy? Grab your own fodder and off you go. No need to explain anything to anyone.

Very easy to get around Gdansk.
Very easy to get around Gdansk. Public transport is under £1 for single bus ticket or £1.5 for the train, and very frequent. Purchase ticket on the bus or on the train from conductor or before, if you have time, however, not in advance!, as it will only valid for the first coming transport. The ticket booth is in English language as well.
Lots of shops to visit, especially those budget ones (like Primark, but more upmarket) we don't have in the UK.
So much to see! Highly recommend to visit Sopot! Reed the history a bit, before you arrive. Gdansk is the beginning of WW2.
In Gdansk, I found amazing place to eat. Called "Correze", on Stara Stocznia 2/7. The food wasn't just beautifully decorated but also very tasty! And view from the window was to the river.

24-hour reception, cleanliness, and hotel facilities. We arrived at Sleep & Fly past 1 am. The receptionist immediately noticed us and the check-in was super smooth. We also managed to buy bottles of mineral water at the reception. The room was clean and comfortable, more spacious than I had imagined. Breakfast was available for just 20 zlotych per person. I will definitely stay again if we come back to Gdansk in the future. :)
Perfect hotel for our stay close to the airport. Clean, warm, modern, decent shower, quiet. Easy access at night. Friendly and welcoming staff.
We booked due to late arriving guests flight missing car hire opening times. Access code for door sent via text message and email under 5minutes from booking. 5minute taxi from airport.
Looked like it would be nice for a longer stay.
If you have a very early flight this is a good option for you. Even if you don't have a car. The bus stop is located 500m from the hotel and the airport around 1.5km which you can reach easily by foot in 15-20 minutes. Self check-in was easy and the room was clean. I had a kettle in my room where I could prepare a tea of coffee by myself which was great during rainy day.
Staff was absolute proffesionals, I can nsay only positive things. Free WiFi was not stable, especially when all the guests came to their rooms, but nothing substantial. Breakfast fresh, great choice, VERY tasty coffee (not like in coffee shops but for hotel above average certainly like hotel), parking place big, enough space and finaly - great value for money!
The hotel is located within a 5-minute walk from the airport and 4-minute walk from the train station (with easy access to the city center). The reception is open 24 hours. The breakfast was perfectly fine. The internet worked well. All in all, I will be staying there whenever I'm flying from Gdansk and need to be there early or arriving late.
It is close to the airport with free parking.
The room was warm(actually too hot).
Hot water in the shower, comfortable beds, newly constructed and clean.
Easy check-in with a code they send the day of checking-in.
I arrived at midnight and left early, so I didn't experience any of what the hotel had to offer outside the room.
Walking distance from Gdansk airport arrivals - no more than 5 mins from the main exit door. Hotel is modern and clean, check in was simple and quick. Room was spacious with a good working area and accessible power points for laptop/phone etc. Bathroom modern and clean. Staff were very helpful and spoke excellent English
Everything was exceptionally good. We enjoyed clean, quiet room and friendly staff (despite arriving in a middle of a night). Despite being close to Gdansk airport, there was no noise of starting/landing airplanes. We woke up well rested. Breakfast and coffee were 5/5: suitable for both vegetarians and non-vegeterians.
The location is perfect for early flight. The hotel is across the street from the airport. The staff is very helpful. The room is very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was packed in a bag and ready at 3 am per my request. The service was great.
My sister suggested that I choose this hotel, and yes I wasn’t disappointed. The proximity to the airport is excellent.
We stayed one night in a small two single bed room, it was basic, but clean and sufficient for one night. Beds were comfortable.
Second stay in this hotel and a better experience than the previous one.
The staff responded favorably to my request regarding my room.
Hotel at 5 minutes drive from the Rent car parking lot.
Good design, Decent breakfast and nice staff.
Near the airport, like 5 min walking, super clean, staff was so friendly and kind, very comfortable room, calm and silent.
The whole hotel is very modern and foreign friendly.
Would repeat here next time in Gdansk.
This is a great hotel. We are staying there on a regular basis when travelling from Gdansk airport. The location is perfect, rooms are clean, staff is very friendly. Excellent value for money.
I liked room it’s cozy and comfortable, and there was very warm. near Gdansk airport but if you have too many bags you must take taxi (uber 12 zlot) aprox. There is no shops near.
Nice hotel with friendly helpful staff. Air conditioning, 24hour staff at reception desk, They arranged a taxi to take me to the airport at 3:45am for 22 zlotys.
It’s very close to the airport. You can walk from the hotel, it’s 5 minutes. You also get take away breakfast, also coffee and tea was available at 4am
