The Neighborhood is scary, we don’t feel safe so we do the check-out 2 min after check-in and the girl at the desk tell us she was sorry and that we will be refound in 3 working day but at the Moment we didn’ t have our money back and they don’t answer to our messages.

I stayed at the Fairfield for the first time.
I stayed at the Fairfield for the first time. When I was going to arrive early I called the property and they said my room was all ready and I could come in anytime. That was great because I was going to have surgery and I had no idea when I be able to arrive. This hotel very close to where I was having surgery. There’s restaurants very close. The hotel lobby was clean. They had breakfast. My room was very nice and clean. I will definitely be staying here again on my next trip.

I’m never going back to Fresno!
I’m never going back to Fresno! They should level the whole place and start fresh. Especially the tower district. Actually since I’m never going back, let’s move all the homeless people there. The crappy roads won’t be a problem, for people pushing a grocery cart or riding a bike.

Fresno has more to offer than many from outside the area...
Fresno has more to offer than many from outside the area realize. From this location you can access the mountains and Yosemite, get a sense of California’s breadbasket, go shopping and experience many types of restaurants, worthwhile if you are visiting from a less populated areas, buy a car, and any other activities not listed here.

Lots to see and do.
Lots to see and do. The zoo was a great place, but there were a lot of animals missing. There was a Japanese garden that was simply amazing! Lots of shopping and tons of food choices! If you're into cigars there are a number of good lounges to visit. Too many one-way streets for my liking. But using a navigation app really makes it pretty easy to get around.

Fresno is not the vacation destination and the city cares...
Fresno is not the vacation destination and the city cares not for the Hotel business and let’s them operate, when they should be shuttered. There are some newer areas, like where the Air BNB I stayed, that are very nice and close to the Collage stadium. That is why if you are staying in Fresno, for any reason, Serenity is your best bet for a nice stay.
My friend and I had to book last minute since he had to catch a last minute flight out. The first hotel we went to was absolutely horrible, coming to this place felt like a 5 star hotel 😂 Anyways, the staff is adorable and super sweet, we got a patio with the room which was amazing for getting work done. There was a big TV but I didn’t use it. The pool wasn’t open but I wasn’t there for that, and breakfast was simple. Definitely would stay there again if I needed a quick stop!
Exceptional place akin to a stay at a 5 star hotel. Beds are comfortable, rooms are spotless and managing couple have put a massive amount of thought into smaller details of interior and oitside area designs. Would be a great stay for families or working professional and at the price point it blows the competition out of park. Team should be proud of what they put together.
Rooms are renewed, wood flooring, great bed.. a wonderful surprise comparing outside that looks like a construction and old hotel. Single floor, you stay in front of your car. This is excellent option for quick stop, it is not a stay/vacation hotel. I’ve checked in almost midnight and checked out early morning, the hotel was an amazing for my goal.
They seem to be cutting costs on cleaning services by having us request specifically when we want room service if it's not been the 3rd night yet. Which personally I'm fine with. I usually don't like leaving my stuff in the hotel with the risk things of high value might get taken, so having room service only when I'm ready for it was perfect.
Actually, I do not understand why this hotel has such a low grade on Booking. There is really in the room that you could need to spend a night on the way from Yosemite to Sequoia, all rooms are recently renovated, bed is huge and very comfortable. We can really recommennd this Hotel.
my husband and I had a wonderful stay. everyone was warm and welcoming and runs a smooth operation. the room was clean and spacious and comfortable. perfect location for restaurants and fast food places. we will definitely use this hotel whenever we are in Fresno from our way home
Once we checked in we we left! The sheets were stained. The bathroom was dirty. They must be taking govt money to house people! The lobby occupants were sketchy at best! While the staff was very sympathetic and accommodating, we left and went to another safer cleaner hotel!
Staff members are very friendly. The hotel property is very clean. The breakfast offered a lot of choices (yogurt, cereal, oatmeal, muffins, microwaveable burritos), hot tea, hot coffee. The rooms are comfortable and well-equipped with a microwave and small refrigerator.
The front desk ladies, very friendly. Breakfast items were Awesome, This is my favorite place to stay when I am in Fresno.
The rooms are large and very clean. I slept like a baby on the comfy bed. I will be back again. Great job Best staff at this hotel.
I always like staying at the Hotel Picadilly. It is a nice hotel and the rooms are much bigger than most regular hotel rooms. The grounds are also very well maintained with lots of landscaping. The pool is really nice too.
Rooms were very nice n clean. It's peaceful at night n during the day it isn't too bad considering with everyone checking out. Area isn't bad for where the hotel located at. You have stores n restaurant near by.
The hotel is Very nice. the location is very good, just next to few restaurants. The garden and pool also are very nice. The rooms are big and comfortable. The internet quality is good.
Comfortable, clean good sized room.
Good location, easy walk to terminal and rental car.
Easy check in, flexible on early arrival.
Decent food for an airport hotel
Easy parking
It’s the best hotel in Fresno hands down and one of the best I’ve ever stayed at. The room was great and the staff was amazing. Jeffrey was awesome and made us feel so welcomed.
My wife and I liked everything about this hotel -- spacious room, friendly staff, excellent restaurant, beautiful atrium with amazing lartge waterfall, not too expensive.
